We strive to ensure that each and every item that we send to you is perfect condition and lasts a life time. However, mistakes occasionally happen, and we would like to take every step to resolve it as easily and quickly as possible.

90-day Product Warranty:

If your item is defective and is covered by our 90-day money back guarantee, we will be pleased to exchange it free of charge.

In the case where items are defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping to us, and any costs to return the item back to you.

A USPS prepaid label will be sent to you. We will issue a credit back to the original payment method you have used to pay for your item.

Please note that the option to return/exchange an item will only appear if the item is within the return/exchange warranty period.

For items outside of 90 days, we are sorry, but we are not able to offer returns/exchange or repairs.
