If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order prior to receiving our Ready to Ship message, please send us an email, call or chat with us and we will be happy to cancel your order.
In the case the order has been shipped, we will not be able to recall the order. In this case please wait for the order to reach you and then please return the item back to us.
Order Cancellation by PearlsOnly
PearlsOnly reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:
  1. Insufficient stock at the time of order
  2. Our courier does not deliver to your area, at all or within our acceptable time limits
  3. One or more of the items ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
Should PearlsOnly cancel your order, you will be notified by email and your payment will be refunded as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order. PearlsOnly offers no additional compensation.
