If you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order prior to receiving our Ready to Ship message, please send us an email and we will be happy to cancel your order.

In the case the order has been picked up by the courier and is no longer in our premises prior to your request, shipping charges apply even if free shipping was applied to the order. Please follow our Return/Exchange instructions for a refund.

Order Cancellation by PearlsOnly

PearlsOnly reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient stock at the time of order

  • Our courier does not deliver to your area, at all or within our acceptable time limits

  • one or more of the items ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error

Should PearlsOnly cancel your order, you will notified by e-mail and your payment will be refunded as soon as possible and within 30 days of your order. PearlsOnly offers no additional compensation.
