FAQ - Undelivered order

ANSWER

If a courier is unable to deliver the order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • The customer entered an incorrect address at the time of order or

  • The customer refused to accept the shipment or

  • The courier has exhausted all attempts to deliver yet the customer remains unavailable to accept the shipment.

Then the items will be returned back to PearlsOnly and the customer will be billed, as follows:

  • Shipping charges for the order, using our standard shipping rates.
  • A handling fee of $20 per undeliverable shipment.

A refund will be posted to the customer's account once the undeliverable order is received and processed by us.
