“I have not yet received my Pearls. I have been very pleased with the quality of the pearls in the past. So far I have not been pleased with this ordering processing. Site says it will ship within 24 hours. I ordered Saturday noting I needed the item within 10 days. I called Tuesday to find out why it had not shipped and was told it was being changed to expedited and would go our within another 48 hours. Finally went to the USPS carrier on Weds afternoon. Hopefully I will receive them within the next week as requested. Talking with customer service is very difficult.”
