Gift Returns:

To help us find the gift you want to return, please contact us via our Contact Us form.

  1. To help us find your order, please let us know your order number.
  2. If we are able to locate your order, we will send you detailed return instructions via email on how to return the item.
    In the event that we are not able to locate your order, we will contact you as well, and you may need to contact the sender of the gift for their order details.
  3. Once we receive an item we will issue a refund to you as a PearlsOnly Gift Certificate.

If you don't know or cannot find your order number, please let us know as much as possible about the sender of the gift (their address, name, email,) and recipient (address, email, phone) so we can locate your gift order.

For Gift Returns, we are only able to issue Gift Certificates. If instead, you would prefer a credit card refund, please contact the original gift sender - as we can only issue credit card refunds back to the original purchaser.
