Shipping Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee international logistics from between various PearlsOnly offices
2. Maintain relationships with our shipping partners accross the world
3. Provide leadership and guidance to junior shipping and packing staff
4. Maintain Quality Assurance and approvals for out-going orders
5. Co-ordinate international and local shipping manfiests
6. Schedule and ensure proper courier pickups

Requirements:

1. University degree, proficiency in spoken & written English
2. At least one-year working experience
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office
4. Mature, self-confident.
5. Reliable and has high ethical standard
6. Strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude, career development minded
7. Detail oriented, highly organized and time efficient
