Shipping Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensure receipt of payment for incoming orders
- Inspect and approve out-going orders for quality and accuracy
- Assist packaging of orders
- Prepare required documentation for courier shipments
- Schedule and ensure proper courier pickups
- Perform Shipment follow-up
- Review courier Invoices
- Communicate with courier contacts
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least one-year working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Mature, self-confident.
- Reliable and has high ethical standard
- Strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude, career development minded
- Detail oriented, highly organized and time efficient
