My wife really enjoyed her valentine's gift.

Service & Delivery comments:

The product was great, but the shipping was slow in the "inter-office" xfer. Also, I was notified by the automated system 2-3 days after actual shipment. There was no phone support or online support, so I had to send an email to find out where my ring was. I sent a less than diplomatic email because of the frustration of no phone or online support. I received a SLIGHTLY condescending response. Overall fair customer service. I'm really displeased with the lack of phone or online support when your website claims that you have such support. This is a deal breaker for me. It is enough annoyance that I will think twice before ordering from you.

This was an exchange ring. As a classic and "full parure" person, my jewelry has to match. I bought a set of earring, necklece and bracelet, so the shade of black in the ring had to match.
I just received a ring and they took time to match the shade. I love it!
I would give it 4 1/2 reserving the other 1/2 for Akoya Pearls.
