I used this for a bridesmaid's gift. The pearls are pretty for the price you pay with a good shine and great color. The pearls do have some imperfections, but you could see those in photo online. I was wondering about the coloring, trying to decide if I should get one for myself. They aren't brilliant white, but they do seem whiter then the picture. I'm not sure they would work with an ivory wedding dress so am glad I didn't get my own set. I will be ordering from PearlsOnly again - I recommend!

I got this along with some pearl studs for my bridesmaids and was a little nervous about the quality because of the price. They are perfect for what I am looking for. They arent all perfect pearls but for the price you can't beat them. Great Value! These pearls have fantastic luster. Nice budget gift, but you may want to spend more money if you are planning to give that "WOW" gift. The imperfections are easily seen up close, which is to be expected at this price, which by the way is unheard of for pearls of any quality.

Over the years, I've bought my mom nice watches, earrings, and necklaces, and she's never worn any of them. During one visit, I asked her why, and she said she was allergic to all types of metals--even gold. (I wish she'd said something earlier; her grandkids are wearing all the nice jewelry I got her!) This is a cool necklace, but of course the pearls are not perfect. After all, this is the cheapest one so don't expect the perfect strand. Each pearl has imperfections. But that's cool with me. I knew what I was getting and it still looks great. I got an opera length so i can tie it up. Looks very stylish.

pearls come as described, although I expected a bit better surface. But consider the price, it's good for its value :)

I think when I wear it, people won't bother coming close to recognize that the shapes and surfaces are a bit imperfect. So that's good enough for me.

Also, I wish the imperfect shape would have been on the back (close to the clasp - the end of the necklace), instead of in the middle of the necklace. I notice that the better shape ones are toward the end of the necklace where no one can really see them :P Maybe it's just mine.

Overall, it looks great from distance and it's very shiny :D Great for the price I paid. Love it!

My wife wears her 7-8mm AA pearls all the time. We bought some of the less expensive pearls for her bridesmaids and they were nearly as beautiful. We're now looking into getting pearls for mother for Christmas. Many brick and mortar stores don't even have the silver clasps, and they're all much more expensive than Pearls Only.
