These pearls looked like they would be big and very fake looking and yet they have an elegance about them that can be worn dressed up as well as dressing them down for a more casual look.

Your first string of pearls should be short and white. Your second string should be long and white. Your third string should be these black multicolored ones! They are neat looking and pick up all sorts of colors, especially the pastel spectrum. They go with anything. The imperfections are there if you look, but I doubt others will see them. My next string of pearls will be more black multi-color, perhaps shorter and bigger. The only downside is that P.O. does not offer earrings to match.

I sang to my husband "I wanna pearl necklace, I wanna pearl necklace" by ZZ Top. I absolutely love my muti tone black pearls, I recieved as a Christmas gift, I picked the 28 inch and am very happy with the length, also the multi tones go with almost everything from jeans and a sweater to formal wear. I feel very special and am very happy with my beautiful necklace and my husband is very proud of himself for giving me such a nice gift that will be a family heirloom in the years to come.
