I gave these to my wife as a wedding present and she loved them. Money was tight so these were all I could afford but shouldn't wouldn't be able to guess how much I paid unless I told her.
Also her, cousin works in a Mignon Faget shop and said that these pearls looked like "purple pearls" which are extremely expensive.
Worth every dollar spent and more!!

Purchased it to wear with work outfits, but the quality is so poor that I could not bring myself to wear it in front of other people. The pearls are perhaps 1mm smaller than the stated size, highly irregular in shape, and look like they have been spray painted to make them look pearl-like as the nacre has divots and seams on almost every pearl. They look almost nothing like the photo -- the pearls in the photo appear round, glossy, and evenly matched, which is not true of the actual product.

the pearls aren't as glamorous as you're lead to believe... they're all pretty oval shaped with some imperfections, but you can't really tell from a moderate distance... considering the price, overall it's pretty decent buy
