The clasp was faulty. I returned my necklace and it took nearly two months for the necklace to be returned to me. Intervening e-mails insinuating I had fitted it wrong but I had fitted it according to the website. I was very unhappy with the tone of e-mails.At one stage it was mentioned a "bonus" as way of apology but this had never materialised.
