The quality, shape, lustre, surface quality of the pearls are amazing. Really really great value for money. I have a 4*** set of Japanese Akoya pearl earrings and the quality is comparible.

The downside is that I feel the necklace has been too tightly strung and doesn't quite hang perfectly. The knotting is too tight and rather than draping around my neck, there are slight kinks. It's not that noticeable, but I know it's there.

I use the product for work, for going out, for adding classic glamour to any outfit!

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was delayed due to an apparent shortage of stock. By the time they were delivered to my office, I was on holiday for three weeks and I didn't get to wear them for my wedding day. :-( Because of the delay, I do not have the right to return the product and exchange the necklace for another one. I feel the pearls, whilst gorgeous are too tightly strung and don't hang properly. I am hoping they will slacken slightly in time or I will get them re-strung.

The product arrived in good condition.
