Customer service was great. When I first ordered this set, it was backordered which had me scrambling for a birthday gift. After contacting customer service, they worked hard and I received the set a week early! Awesome service!

Beautiful necklace, very impressed. I normally do not shop online because I like to see the product before purchasing. The only minor flaw is that the pearl is not round (flat on back), but you cannot tell when it is on. Thank you PearlsOnly for providing an affordable-high quality product

I have purchased many pearl necklaces from PearlsOnly over the years, and I continue to come back to their site to purchase additional products. This particular necklace was a purchase for my mother for Christmas this year, so Shhh! keep it a secret. I was totally satisified with the black pearls and the way they looked as well as the length and the luster. They were matched nicely and as a bonus, I received a set of earrings to include with the necklace. I have always been happy with PearlsOnly and this of course, is no exception.

Bought this for my wife as a wedding present. She loves it, and has already found multiple occasions to wear it, it looks great dressed up for an evening on the town as well as dressed down for a quiet evening in. There really is no outfit this doesn't work with as far as I can tell! Paid extra for the express delivery from DHL. Product arrived in a timely manner and tracking was great!

When I opened the box I was amazed at how beautiful this necklace was. It's stunning and can be worn every day or for any occasion. It was a gift for a dear friend's birthday. My husband ordered black pearls for my birthday, and I was so thrilled with them. The gorgeous necklace is of superb quality. The way it was carefully boxed and wrapped was wonderful. The additional necklace and the satin bag were wonderful additions to my gift.
