Appointment: PearlsOnly.com welcomes Ivy Ren Manager, Human Resources

Houston, Texas - May 28,2007 - PearlsOnly.com, one of the top e-commerce retailers of quality pearls, has appointed Mrs. Ivy Ren to the position of Manager, Human Resources.

Mrs. Ren who had been instrumental in improving the HR practices in the China Club Football, will now be in charge of overseeing the reorganization of all PearlsOnly current and future human resources practices. Her main focus is to institute sound methods of measuring employee performance, analyze the data and implement superior pay-for-performance reward plans. Mrs Ren will also concentrate her efforts in attracting and retaining high-quality employees as they are the cornerstone of PearlsOnly success.

Prior to this she attended and graduated from the Beijing China Agricultural University where she majored in International Trade.
