If a courier is unable to deliver the order for reasons including but not limited to:
The customer entered and incorrect address at the time of order or
The customer refused to accept the shipment or
The courier has exhausted all attempts to deliver yet the customer remains unavailable to accept the shipment.
Then the items will be returned back to PearlsOnly and the customer will be billed for the shipping charges incurred to date (to and fro the customer's address) at the PearlsOnly Standard Shipping Rates. These charges apply even if no shipping charges appeared on the original order.
