How to return part of my order
In the event that you require a partial return please send back the item(s) in
their silk pouch, along with certificate. In this case, sending the VIP card and
the bonus gift is not required. Please ensure that the RMA (Return Management
Authorization) number is clearly shown on the package.
Return Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receipt, the returned items will be forwarded to our Quality Control
department for inspection. Please allow 1-2 weeks for final return acceptance at
which point the applicable refund will be credited to your card.
