How long will it take for my order to actually be shipped from the moment I make the order?
From the moment you place your order to moment it is shipped out of our office,
it will take no more than 24 hours. If there are any problems with this, we

Shipping via FedEx takes 3-4 business days and is free for orders over $75.00.
We only offer ground shipping to the USA via USPS which takes 10 days.

We ship to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, New
Zealand, Sweden and Switzerland. Unfortunately we do not ship to anywhere else
at present.
Do you accept bank wire?
Unfortunately we do not accept bank wire. You can pay using our payment gateways
WorldPay, PayPal and Bill Me Later.
Can I substitute the free gift?
Unfortunately you cannot substitute the free gift for another good.

What is the standard length of a pearl necklace?
There is no standard length for a pearl necklace. Most of our prices for
necklaces represent 16 inch. You can choose your own necklace length once you
have found of necklace of your choice on our website.
Do you sell different metal for the earrings?
Unfortunately we only sell the earrings with the metal shown on our website
Does the pendant setting come with a different metal?
Unfortunately we only sell the pendants which are shown on the website
Can you price match?
Unfortunately we do not offer a price match service. Our pearls are already very
reasonably priced as we deal direct from the pearl farms.
Can you match my pearls with your pearls?
In order to get the best match, we would have to lay the pearls next to one
another. The best way we can match your pearls with our pearls would be for you
to tell us the overtone colour of your present pearls and put that in the
special instructions box in the checkout
How do I choose the pearl overtone?
In the special instructions box in the checkout, please state which overtone you
prefer.
Do you do have custom ring sizes?
Unfortunately we only offer ring sizes in what I shown on the website. If you
are an in between size, you may want to purchase the larger size, then take it
to a jeweller after to get changed.
Do you do custom orders?
We custom order to a certain level. We have several lengths of necklaces and
bracelets you can choose from along with a wide selection of clasps. We do not
offer any other custom orders at present.
Do you sell loose or individual pearls?
Unfortunately we do not sell individual or loose pearls at this point.
Do you sell just the clasp?
Unfortunately we do not sell the clasps separate.
Do you sell the pendant setting separate?
Unfortunately we do sell the pendant setting separate without the pearl and
necklace.
Can you tell me how much my pearls are worth?
Unfortunately we do not offer a pearl valuation service. However, if you buy
pearls from us, you receive a free appraisal certificate.

Do you buy pearls?
Unfortunately we do not buy pearls. We carefully select our pearls from
reputable farms to ensure the highest quality.
Do you fix jewelry?
Unfortunately we do not fix jewellery at this point. However if you order from
us, we have a 90 day guarantee, so we would be happy to fix or replace pearls
which you have bought from us.
Do you sell blue pearls?
Unfortunately we do not sell blue pearls at present. However we have a
selection of black pearls which can have a blue overtone which you can see at
