Going into the purchase, I knew next to nothing about pearls. I read their guides and what not. Then, I took their advice about asking their support group for advice. Getting a quick reply within less than three hours - I was stunned! I normally have to deal with technical providers on a day to day basis and none respond this fast to my business! Not only did they help me pick the perfect pearls, they even followed up to see how it worked out. As it turned out my original purchase was the wrong size (due to my own measurement error). I was personally contacted by a support member who promptly told me how to send back the pearls. The same representative who I talked to from day one then contacted their accounting department and gave me a full refund on my credit card and used my gift certificate. All of this without me having to call multiple departments - This was my BEST experience with an online business to date.
