Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a talented Customer Service professional with positive attitude to join our Customer Care team.
Requirement:
- Native English Speaker
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong customer-centric approach to all duties.
- The ability to interact and communicate fluently, effectively and politely in writing with English speaking customers.
- The ability to act in a professional and efficient manner and work well with other team members in order to meet deadlines.
- The ability to apply common sense in solving problems presented by internal and external customers.
- Experience using MS office applications, web based applications as well as database applications will be an asset.
- Strong organization skills for effective prioritization and management of tasks as well as individual work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with large volumes of work, while maintaining strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal and motivational skills
The key roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide support to customers on a variety of issues while upholding the high standards of customer service of PearlsOnly.
- Assist new customers with purchases.
- Assist with after-sales inquires.
- Reviewing incoming emails and responding on a timely basis.
- Effectively utilizing internal resources in addressing customer inquiries.
- Indentifying and monitoring changes to ensure smooth transition to new processes and procedures.
- Assisting with the required customer service related reporting to the executive.
- Coordinate international customer care activies
- Solicit and report on customer feedback.
- Performing additional duties as directed by the Vice President of Operations.
